Version 2026-v1 · Effective 1 Oct 2026 · Data stored in Australia
Next Zeus Global Visa AI is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
We collect personal information necessary to provide visa diagnostic and migration agent referral services. This includes:
• Identity information — name, date of birth, nationality, and passport details (used for OCR document processing only).
• Skills and employment history — occupation, years of experience, and qualifications used to calculate your points score.
• English test results — IELTS or PTE Academic scores you provide or upload.
• Account information — email address and password (hashed; we never store plaintext passwords).
• Consent records — a timestamped log of what you agreed to at registration, required under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Your information is used solely to provide the Next Zeus platform services:
• Generate AI-powered visa eligibility assessments for SC-189, SC-190, SC-491, SC-482, and SC-186.
• Match you with MARA-registered migration agents based on your visa pathway and language preference.
• Process uploaded documents via OCR to extract and validate fields.
• Maintain audit records of consent and diagnostic outputs as required under immigration law.
• Send service-related emails (e.g. document expiry warnings) if you opted in.
All data is stored in Australian data centres (Google Cloud, australia-southeast1 (Sydney region)), encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3.
We do not store your data outside Australia. All infrastructure is within the australia-southeast1 region, which satisfies the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) requirement for data residency.
Access to your data is restricted to authorised Next Zeus engineers under strict role-based access controls. We conduct regular security reviews.
Next Zeus applies different retention rules to different types of data:
• Uploaded documents (passport, skills assessment, English test results): automatically deleted 20 days after upload.
• Diagnostic reports and points scores: retained for the lifetime of your account so you can refer back to them.
• Consent records: retained as required by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and kept as audit evidence.
• Account data: retained until you request account deletion. To delete your account, please go to 'Settings' -> 'Withdraw Account' in Danger Zone.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• NAATI-accredited translators — document content only, when you use the translation service.
• Legal or regulatory authorities — only when required by law.
We never share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or third-party analytics platforms.
